Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.  Any product purchased directly from Round 4 Putters or from an authorized Round 4 dealer (excluding putters that have been customized in any fashion other than length and grip type), so long as it is in new, unused condition and accompanied by its original headcover and any other related accessories, may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or exchanged for full purchase value within 60 days of original purchase.  Proof of purchase must be included with any returned items.  This policy only applies to the original purchaser of an item.  To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us. 

All Round 4 Putters are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized Round 4 dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only. Make sure to keep a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice.  If the original Proof Of Purchase cannot be provided on a warranty return, Round 4 will use the manufacturing date as the start of the warranty period. Round 4 will first try to repair the product and will only replace it if it cannot be repaired. Products that are replaced will be replaced with an equal valued product to be determined by Round 4. If that product is not available we will upgrade where applicable.

Any problems resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal and natural wear are not covered by this policy.

Please note that product finishes (e.g. black oxide, PVD, etc.) are not covered under this warranty policy.  Maintenance of putter finishes is the responsibility of customers.  Round 4 Putters is not responsible for rust, decay, degradation, scratching, dulling, or any other change in the finish of a putter.  If you are interested in having a putter refinished, please contact us.

The purchaser is solely responsible for the cost incurred to return a product to Round 4. Round 4 will pay all shipping charges to return a product or its replacement back to the customer.    

Please remember to include all of your contact information including a copy of the original purchase receipt, email, phone number and return shipping address on any returned items.
